Implementation of Management Systems
Implementation is typically achieved by adopting a 'hands-on' approach working with and for clients to optimise use of resources.
The implementation process would include (as appropriate):
- Gap analysis of existing systems & processes (plus personnel competencies as required).
- Action plan, with agreed timescales & cost implications
- Data cleanse
- Documented QMS (Quality Management System) preparation, to include procedures, forms, flowcharts, reports etc.
- Training of management & personnel on the system (to include, 5'S', SPC, GRR, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, Disciplined Problem Solving and Mistake Proofing).
- Internal Auditor/Team training.
- Practical/environment/infrastructure advice as required.
- Initial full system audit (to include key supplier audits if required).
- Guidance through (& including) registration assessment (note: not permitted for TS16949).
- Ongoing support & developments as required by clients.
